Problem Solving
The main problem encountered by the prospective teacher was about the time and also classroom management. Explaining the material to the students and involving the students in activities was not like the expectation. The other problem was the classroom management, managing active students in the classroom actually was not like managing the other casual or general students, for active students they will moving around and always asking questions, this was one of the problem because remember that this was the first time managing the whole class, actually fulfilled by the anxiety and nervousness about could not deliver the material well. In order to overcome those problems an initial approach was done by observing and trying to have a good communication and also relationship to the students, and by giving a clear instructions to them.
